Santo Domingo, RD. -La vicepresidenta de la República, Raquel Peña, y el ministro de Salud, Víctor Atallah, sostuvieron un encuentro con representantes de los gremios de salud del país, con el objetivo de continuar dando respuesta a las demandas planteadas por el sector.
Durante la reunión, que tuvo lugar en el Palacio Nacional, se abordaron diversos temas planteados por los profesionales de la salud, incluyendo mejoras salariales y condiciones laborales.
Tanto la vicepresidenta como el ministro resaltaron la importancia del personal de salud para garantizar un futuro sólido y eficiente en el sistema sanitario dominicano. Ambos destacaron el compromiso del gobierno con el bienestar de los profesionales de la salud y reafirmaron la disposición del Estado para trabajar en conjunto con los gremios para encontrar soluciones viables y sostenibles.
En ese sentido, Raquel Peña y el titular de Salud, subrayaron la importancia de mantener un diálogo abierto y continuo con los gremios para garantizar que las políticas implementadas respondan a las necesidades reales del sector. «Estamos comprometidos en encontrar una solución que no solo beneficie a las enfermeras, sino que también fortalezca todo el sistema de salud del país», indicaron.
Durante la reunión se acordó sostener un nuevo encuentro el próximo 3 de septiembre, donde se ultimarán los detalles de los acuerdos alcanzados en la reunión.
